Debbie - Eight years ago my husband, Dempsey, and I decided to leave the rush of city life in Charlotte, NC and move to our family home in Avery County. Dempsey is an Avery County native and I spent my childhood growing up between my home state of Texas and Tennessee. We love the western North Carolina mountains! As Owner of Mountain Run Properties, it is my pledge to our Seller clients to keep up to date on the latest marketing ideas in order to best present your property to the buying public. For our Buyer clients we will work dilingently to find you the perfect home in the High Country.

John - I am a Florida native now living year round in Hound Ears with my wife, Judy. Judy and I have been married 47 years and have two children, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Upon graduating from Wheaton college in Illinois, I served as an officer in the U.S. Army and Florida Army National Guard. My career includes 35 years as a commercial banker and 10 years as CFO for a medium size sales & distribution company in south Florida. I am a licensed real estate broker in both North Carolina & Florida.

Richard "Dick" Crews - My wife, Barbara and I have been married 40 year and are year round residents of Linville Land Harbor. We have two children, Danielle and Clay. I earned my B. S. degree from Miami University. For the past twenty years I have been involved as a stock broker, working for Shearson Lehman Bros. from 1986 - 1991 and then as owner of an independent stock broker firm from 1991 - 2005.
