One-day team-building
We will "hold up the mirror" and allow you to see and become
conscious of what your team does well and also where it can improve.
More importantly, we will help you discover HOW to improve so that
you will leave with the knowledge of and a plan for taking your team
to the next level.
Targeted programs
We will take an ordinary team-building day and turn it from a
team bonding experience into a team learning experience. Through
active learning we help your team to recognize the advantage
of group analysis and assessment and then show and encourage
them to take steps in the right direction.
Mobile BRLC Programs
BRLC also offers team building programs that can come to you!
We have portable programs to bring to your environment if you
can't come to us. Team building can take place anywhere, and
a corporate retreat at our location or yours might be the kick
your group needs to get everyone rowing in the same direction!
We can even bring a ropes course, and many of our experience-based
learning initiatives that travel well and are very effective
tools for bringing real change to your organization.
Adventure Based team-building
BRLC is located in Boone which was named one of four north american
adventure destinations. In 2005, Boone was recognized by travel
journalists as the ultimate outdoor adventure destination in
the Southeast, even in North America. Boone, North Carolina
was selected as one of four multi-sport vacation destinations
in North America, featured in an article in the May 2005 issue
of Adventure Sports Magazine. BRLC can and does take full advantage
of this by offering adventure based options most team-building
companies cannot.
Kick-off programs
You just need somebody to add some excitement to your monthly
planning meeting, or get a sales meeting started with your
employees laughing instead of complaining. We can come to you
